প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor of at least 1(one) number contract of work successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (two) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 3.00 (three) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.00 (one) lac.
5) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
7) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
8) Only Cconstruction of Bangabandhu Mural will be counted to specific experience.
