1.Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting quoted rate if the total quoted amount is above or less than 5% as per official cost estimate.
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of RHD online tenderers database management system-TDMS.
3. A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
