প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have
a) valid trade license with up to date renewal.
b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
c) VAT registration Certificate.
2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten lakh). Regarding this purpose only Bank statement or Credit line certificate will be considered.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten lakh) over the last 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. A satisfactory completion of construction of hydraulic/irrigation structure of at least Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten lakh) under a single number of contract over a period of last 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
5. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
