e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than, Tk 25 lakhs
f) Key personnel along with their qualification and experience.
g) Bill will be paid subject to available budget as per Government Circular.
h) If any submitted document is found inappropriate bidder will be disqualified during post-qualification
