* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
b) Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
c) It is duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
d) Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
e) Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
h) All other criteria stated in the tender document.
i) Detail turnover calculation sheet and Ongoing work mentioning the name of work, PE name etc. (year wise over the last three years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender in e-PW2-2.
j) List of On-going Works and Current Commitment(s) during last 5 years from IFT date under all PE's Organization e-PW2-3(B) need to be filled in e-gp portal and each mapped document will contain NOA, Work order, Time extension, Agreement and Payment Certificates.
k) Name of Works Contract successfully completed during last 5 years from IFT date within only PE's Organization e-PW2-3 (A) need to be filled in e-gp portal and each mapped document will contain Completion certificate with agreement.
l) Payment will be made upon availability of fund.
