* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.General experience: The tenderer shall have experience of working in 132kV or above voltage level transmission line as Prime Contractor or subcontructor of turnkey contractor of PGCB/DPDC/DESCO within last 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. Specific experience: The satisfactory completion of tower foundation construction,erection and stringging works of 132 kV or higher voltage level of Transmission Line of minimum BDT 1,20,00,000.00 under maximum two (02) contracts in PGCB/DPDC/DESCO in the last five (05) of years. Contract must be included with 132 kV or 230 kV Tower Foundation, Erection/installation Stringing, Testing and Commissioning works.
3. Valid ABC licence, VAT, Trade License, TIN and Income Tax Certificate,
4. Before submitting the tender the tenderer is to be aware to submit/upload a Consent Letter so that he visited the site and went through all aspects of this works and have no litigation history.
5. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days to PE after signing of the Contract.
6. Construction materials' ( Rebar, Cement, Bricks, stones chips etc. ) Brand name will be defined by PGCB as per approved brand for similiar activity.
7. Contractor will arrange/capable/experience to conduct the Necessary tests as per mentioned in BoQ /TDS and test report have to be approved by PGCB competent authority.
8. After execution/completion of work, Measurement Certificate will be prepared by Engineer-Incharge or PE's nominated party & Contractor and payment will be made accordingly.
