c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 11,00,000/-;
d) The minimum capacity shall be: 11,00,000/-;
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12,00,000/- over the last 03 years.
f) Esthetic draft drawing of interior work should be provided. Room size: 22'-0"x66'-0";
i) All supply items catalog must be provided;
j) Technical specifications including model no. brand name, country of origin of the supply item should be mentioned.
