* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(three) years general experience in supply of goods specially Office Equipment, Engineering & Other Equipment, Technical Raw Materials & spare Parts and Teaching and Learning Materials, Chemicals, Stationary, Cleaning Goods in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
2) Who have minimum specific experience as suppliers in supply of Others Stationary at least in 01(one) contract  successfully complete in a single work order within last 02 (Two) years amounting of Tk 0.50 lakh in Govt./ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
3) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets Tk 0.50 lakh for supporting by the bank as a Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank statement for at least 01 month as per Audit report.
4) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license  ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID card.
5) The Bidder must be needed to specify the Brand, Model, Country Origin etc. Correctly and specifically. Not to specify like `` as per schedule/TDS'' Otherwise the Tender will be considered as Technically Non- Responsive.
6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
