* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible supplier/distributor/manufacturer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of Similar nature Electrical/Electro-Mechanical work (Including Installation of CCTV system) of at least Tk. 60,00,000 (Sixty Lac Taka) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority for the experience shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned jurisdiction.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,50,00,000 (One Crore and Fifty Lac Taka) over the last 5(five) years(*).
d) Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of minimum Tk. 1,00,00,000 (One Crore Taka).
e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from the NBR (FY 2021-22, Assessment yr 2022-23) with TIN.
g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from the NBR.
h) Up to date valid Trade license.
i) Others qualification stated in Tender Document
j) PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 shall be followed
