* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
 The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years.
 Specific supply of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder and/or Liquid Chlorine Gas or similar materials under one single contract will be a minimum of 15000 kg over a period of last 7 (Seven) years.
 Satisfactory completion of a similar supply of Material of at least BDT 30 (Thirty) lakh under one single contract over a period of the last 7 (Seven) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 40 (Forty) lakh.
Acid carrying licence of the supplier and original factory test report of both of the chemicals must be attached.
 The Tenderer must submit 500 gm Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) powder as a sample according to the tender specification before the closing of the tender to Khulna WASA head office. The sample will be tested according to the tender specification in KUET/BUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the bidder.
 Up to date Attested Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & Nationality certificate must be attached.
The supplier should supply the total quantity of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) Powder & Liquid Chlorine Gas within several installments according to the capacity of Bangabandhu Water Treatment Plant (BWTP), Khulna WASA, Khulna and after each supply the sample of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) powder will be tested according to the tender specification in KUET/BUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the supplier.
Failure to submit any one document /sample mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non-Responsive for the Tender.
