দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of General Experience in Building/construction works.
ii) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Contractor at least 01(one) number of Contract including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works Successfully Completed in 6- Storied Building of Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 22.00 Crore.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 44.00 Crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having Minimum Liquid Asset Amounting Tk.10.00 Crore Supporting Documents is to be Submitted with the Tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) Having minimum Tender capacity amounting Tk.28.00 Crore.
vi) All papers shall have to be uptodate according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vii) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) is to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer.
viii) The tender security shall only be in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
ix) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost Estimate ,that tender will be non-responsive.
x) Tenderer Must have upto date ABC category contractory and Supervisory Licence from Electric Licensing board.
