প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Admired VAT will be minimum 15% or more & Tax will be upto 7.00% or more as per Govt Policy.
2. Admired Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be upto 25% as per PPR 2008 Rule 98(13). Tender Security must submit with Attaching bank draft/pay order according to PPR 2008 Rule 22.
3. Bill Payment will be made only when fund will be available but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4. A satisfactory completion of similar works of Supply of School/Educational Institution Furniture of at least Tk [20.00] Lakh under one Contracts in a single and only furniture supply Work Order over a period of last [05] years shall be required. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments as per ITT Clause 9 of TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [20.00] lakh which must be in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time.
6. The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD Schedule of Current Rates /Current Market Price. If the Quoted Rates are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost/Current market price, the tenderer must submit Detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of current PWD rate schedule or Current Bangladesh Market Price, Otherwise the tenderer will be non-Responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
7. Furniture Works (Wood Part) & Painting works must perform in School(Educational Institute) according to the updated drawing.
