* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Admired VAT will be upto 15% or more as per Govt Policy
2. Admired Income Tax will be upto 7.00% or more as per Govt Policy
3. Admired Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be up to 25% as per
PPR 2008.
4. Bill will be given only when the fund will be available but All works/supply must complete
within the stipulated time as given in Work Order.
5. Payment will be made only according to the BOQ.
6. All other criterion as given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & all other
criterion mentioned in this tender.
7. A satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum [55 lac] under [1 (one)]
contracts in the last 5 (five) years. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply
of similar Goods of at least [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [5] years,
each with a value of at least Tk. [55 lac] achieved by free/open competition/tender of
Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body of BD in the last 05 (Five) years. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT.
8.The bidder shall submit the technical proposal with signed by manufacturing company and
main catalogue (marked) including mentioning Brand, Model & country of origin of the
proposed Substation Goods/items. Country of Origin & Country of Manufacturer must be
same(UK/USA/Japan/EU/Equivalent)
9. The attached document with the below name/description in Section 6 of Document of
this tender and also available in this link SPECIFICATION OF SUB-STATION
