* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,১৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible by any competent authority.
2. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years over all Experience.
3. The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/authorized dealer/distributor/reseller/ Authorized partner/bonafide supplier.
4. The Tenderer must have work experience of minimum 2 similar type of projects. The Tenderer must submit completion certificate with the Bid documents. Otherwise the tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
5. The Tenderer must have work experience minimum 02 (Two) number supply contract of similar type of Project in Government. The tenderer must be submitted Completion certificates and work-order/contract with bid documents. Otherwise the tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
6. The Tenderer should have work experience minimum 70 (Seventy) Lakh taka of Network Security solution Project Under single contract/LOA/NOA/Work Order. The tenderer must be submitted Completion certificate and work-order/contract with bid documents. Otherwise the tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
6. Tenderer must be submit Manufacturer Authorization letter from the OEM, The Tenderer must submit documentary evidence as proof of their claim failing of which the Tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
7. Tenderer should have adequate engineer who have capability for after sales, support services.
8. The offers should have validity for at least 120 days from the date of opening of the tender and Should Complete the Project within 180 Days.
9. The Tenderer must quoted all item. Partial quotation not allowed.
10. The bidder must propose OEM warranty service for 03 years and must have updated ISO Certificates.
