* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction works successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least 180Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 615 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100 Lakh (must be in the form of PW 3-7).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 240 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT registration , Electrical ABC contractor license and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. The tenderers must submit the  letter of Acceptance of the WB`s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sections Framework.
8. Commitment with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID-19 AF PROJECT.(see Sec.-8 in PCC)
