প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than Ten percent (10%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
c. All bituminous works under this tender should be done with bitumen of penetration grade 60/70, and defect liability period will be 36 months.
d. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed). In case of JV, All the partners should have the experience of similar nature of work individually.
e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
