* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A satisfactory completion of 11kV (or Above) Overhead or Underground Line Works amounting not less than Tk. 1,60,000.00 (Taka One Lakh Sixty Thousand) in a single contract over a period of 3 (Three) years shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. No partial work experience will be considered.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,50,000.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) Taka which shall be supported by Recent Bank Statement or Bank Solvency Certificate. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form ePW2a-3).
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.2,60,000.00 (Two Lakh Sixty Only) Taka over the last Two years which wll be supported by audit report or a statement showing yearwise turnover along with Work Order/Contract Agreement and Completion Certificates.
4. The minimum capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk. 1,90,000.00 (One Lakh Ninety Thousand only)
5. Any other requirement as required by the tender document.
