2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.60 (one point six zero) Crore over the last 05 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 0.35 (zero point three five) Crore.
4. The minimum tender capacity shall be 0.90 (zero point nine zero) Crore.
5. Valid & up-to-date trade license, VAT & Tax.
