1. The minimum general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 (seven) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (four) Crore.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.50 (seven point five zero) Crore over the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.80 (one point eight zero) Crore.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 4.25 (four point two five) Crore.
6. Valid & up-to-date trade license, VAT & Tax.
