* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2.The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply, installation of goods and related services,
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of minimum 02 (Two) contract in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least BDT 200,00,000/- (BDT Two Crore)
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 200,00,000/- (BDT Two Crore) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following addition documents:
a. Updated Trade license
b, VAT & online BIN certificate
c. Online IRC certificate
d. Manufacture’s Authorization Certificates are required to for all core items.
e, Audit Report for last 02 years
f. Tender updated ISO 9001:2015 certificate
g. TIN certificate
h. Updated Indenting Registration Certificate
i. The tenderer must ensure support services during warranty period.
j. All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products.
