* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৬৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৫০,০০০ ~ ১,৬৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. All Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation .
B. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded : (i) Minimum 6 (six) years general experience of supply of Lentil/Dietary Items /similar goods in Bangladesh government organization . (ii) The satisfactory completion of supply similar Goods of Tk. 500000 (Five Lac) under 01(one) contract in the last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System. (iii) Certificate of bank solvency minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk.500,000 (Five Lac) , (ITT clause-15.1a: From PG3-8) (In case of Bank Commitment for credit line or Bank letter of commitment as a Bank solvency It will be mention To Tsc Jhalokathi and specify Tender ID.(iv) Certificate of incorporation(in case of limited company) and authorization latter or contract deed with the importer/supplier tread is a bidder ;
The tenderer have to have -Speiefice experience certifcate of the related tender,NID card ,up to date trade license, income TAX certificate, VAT certificate, experience certificate, bank slovency, authorization latter, . e-gp registration document.
The supplier from the following countries are not eligible: As per law/Rules/Govt.order
