* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) General Instruction:
1) Valid Trade Licence
2) TIN number.
3) VAT Registration.
4) Nationality.
5) The Tenderer must be enlisted & registered under Nawabgang O&M Division, BWDB, Chapainawabganj for FY 2021-
2022. Otherwise He will be non-responsive & will not be considered in evaluation process.
(Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the Tender)
B) Special Instruction:
1. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative
approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
3. Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund
Allocation.
4. If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per
PPR-2008 will be initiated.
5. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW2a-3. Otherwise
Tender will be non-responsive.(Letter of Commitment enclosed in General Specification).
7. VAT/Income Taxes shall be implied as per latest circular of NBR.
8. Latest circular of CPTU & CPC of BWDB will be followed
