Bangladeshi National All tenderers regerdless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS) of the Tender Document.
1. All the tenderers, participating in the tender, shall mention the full name of their business firm for both individual or joint venture participation.
2. Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. If any tenderer submit rate which is 5% (Five percent) lower or higher than the official estimated cost he/she must submit rate analysis in favour of his/her submitted rate otherwise his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive.
3. In the case of JVCA Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover, etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the
documents (Joint Venture Agreement, etc) in favor of percent share among all Joint Venture partners.
4. A list of year-wise breakdown of tumover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned
documents/certifcates, the tender will not be evaluated.
5. Tenderer must use Concrete Batching Plant for RCC work. Tenderers also must submit the ownership/lease/hire
documents/agreements of their plants & equipment.
6. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.
Instructions/Conditions regarding Tenderer Data Management System (TDMS) given vide memo no. 215, CE, RHD Dated: 06.08.17
shall be an integral part of this tender.
