6) Expected turnover document copy( only payment certificate)
7) Any fake or intentionally misleading document submission will be treated as non-responsive
8) As per PPR-2008 and TDS (Tenderer Quoted amount more or less than 10% of official estimate will supposed to be 'Non-Responsive' instantly and will not be considered for Evaluation) .
9) As per PPR-2008; under regulation-127 :The Tenderer who is already awarded one or more work order but didn't complete the works within specified time satisfactorily under the same PE will be treated as non-responsive.
