দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender shall submit with its Tender:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience in Installation of Solar Powered Street Light of at least 01 (One) contract of successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years under Climate Change project (Specially any Municipality), each with a value of at least Tk.50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lac Taka Only).
3. There required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty Lac Taka) Only over the last 05(Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26.00 (Twenty-Six Lac).
5. The minimum capacity shall be:70.00(Seventy Lac.). 6. Up to date ABC & Supervisory License copy 7. Tenderer must have ISO Certificate  8. RJSC Listed company/Incorporation certificate . 9. BankSolvency Certificate.10. No JVCA is applicable in this Tender, 11. Submit of Completion Work Certificate. The bidder must have a minimum average annual of Tk. 50 lakh solar PV system related working experience with BCCT funds in last 05(five) years, 12. LED Light, Battery, Charge Controller and Solar PV Module must accompany testreport from BCSIR/ BSTI/ BUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET/ DUET or from any Accredited Laboratory.13. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is only required for Light, Panel, Battery and Charge Controller must besubmitted 14. Business Address 15. Valid Trade License (Up to Date),16. VAT Registration Certificate (Up to Date), 17.NationalityCertificate (NID), 18. Tenderer must be Listed on IDCOL.
