প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. Must submit the updated Tax, VAT, TIN, Trade Licenses.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,00,000.00 (Ten Crore).
4. Tenderer must have the ability to maintain monthly progress as per approved work plan.
5. ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
6. Bank Solvency Certificate
7. General and Similar Experience / Work Completion Certificate (Description of Works, Authority, Final Billing Amount) means experience from Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Body/organization or Sector Corporations.
(Note: Last 05 years Annual Construction Turnover shall be calculated on the basis of payment certificate only).
8. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favor of the "Further Development of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology" either in the form of a bank draft or pay order or Bank Guarantee.
9. Tenderer must submit the construction methodology, rate analysis of RCC, Shuttering and Reinforcement quoted in BoQ, work schedule in MS Project format.
