প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Any individuals or Enlisted farms of BMDA (A,B and C class) & other Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous organization of related works who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT,TIN etc.
2. The required number of similar contracts shall be minimum over the last 5 years.
3.Satisfactory completion of similar works of at least TK. 12.00 lakh under maximum 2 numbers of contracts over a period of last 5 years.
4. The annual average construction turnover shall be required over the last 5 years.
5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities will be 12.00 lakh.
6. Maximum number of lot or awaded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited to 2(Two) lots /packages
All other conditions as mentioned in the terder document should be fullfilled by the tenderer.
