All tenderers of Bangladesh who registered in National e-GP system and who have the following qualifications are eligible to submit the tender.
1. The eligibility of Tenderers would be as per The Public Procurement Act-2006 (With Latest Amendment), The Public Procurement
Rules-2008 (With Latest Amendment) and the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents.
2. Tenderer will have legal, financial, professional, technical capacity to deliver the requirements of this tender and have fulfilled the
obligations of all tax requirements
3. The Tenderer must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate from NBR, Trade license &
National ID along with the tender.
4. The Tenderer must submit Documentary evidence of liquid assets or credit line;
5. A satisfactory completion certificate of Similar works (as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document) under public sector within the last 5 years.
6. The experience certificate of successfully completed similar assignments issued by the officer not below the rank of executive Engineer or equavalent of concerned department of organization must be submitted along with the tender.
7. Tenderer must have 10 years of general experience.The year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
8. If the tenderer unable to submit above document will become non responsive.
