07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credie facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.00 lac.
08. According to the cluse 31 (31) of PPA-2006,the tenderer's quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive bidder
