3. Liquid assets or working capital TK : 2,00,000.00 In case of Credit facilities, the certificate will be valid 29 days from the date of issue.
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
5. VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6. Security period will be 01 (One) Year.
7. The Tender proposal security will be in favor of Mayor, Khulna City Corporation.
