* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in similar works.
b) Valid Trade License, Up to date TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, ABC Certificate, supervisory license from electric licensing board, Bangladesh and income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
c) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 80.00(Eighty) Lac only, successfully completed within the last 5 years in a single contract under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
d) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred) lac only during last 5 Years. Payment certificates, contract agreements of payment certificates and work completion certificates received from Govt./Semi- Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh must be submitted for calculation of construction turnover
e). Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 (One hundred) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2-a which is prescribed in STD.
f) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
g) Other requisite eligibility and conditions of the tender are shown in ITT, GCC, TDS and PCC.
