* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature Goods and related services shall be: At least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 1,50,000.00 (One lakh fifty thousand ) only. Similar Experience Certificate from Private Institution are not acceptable.
c) c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 1,50,000.00 (One lakh fifty thousand) only.
d) (d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document.
f) The Bidders must be needed to specify the Brand, Model, Country of Origin etc. correctly and specifically, not to specify like “as per schedule”, otherwise the tender will be considered as technically Non-Responsive for the dilemmas.
g) ISO Approved , Manufacturing , Authorizing letter and manual book should be submitted
