* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organizations.
b. Minimum Furniture supply completion experience of Tk. 150 ( One hundred fifty lakh) lakh in maximum 2(two) contracts in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization in last 10 (Ten) years ( both NOA and Completion Certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Equivalent Officer must be submitted. All backward date will to be counted from the date of publication of IFT in eGP portal).
c. Liquid asset/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than 150( One hundred fifty lakh) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format ( PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
d.Tender Security is Tk 6,00,000.00 ( Six Lakh ) to be issued in favour of Chief Engineer, SUST, Sylhet.
e. Interested Supplier can visit site physically.
Conditions
a. Supplier must get approve of each and every item of furniture from the authority before starting supply.
b. Goods to be delivered to different floors ((Ground floor to 4th floor) of 2nd Block of Social Science Building, SUST, Sylhet.
c. All furniture should be marked by English letter as directed by thr E-I-C.
