প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) All Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the
employer fulfilling the requirements stated in the TDS may submit Tenders
provided that they are otherwise qualified.
b) Must be eligible in respect of legal technical and financial capacity stated in
Tender data sheet (TDS).
c) Latest circular/rules and regulations about VAT & IT is applicable.
d) The Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the
provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
e) As per consent of CPTU, the tender shall be evaluated in the e-GP system
with the help of online Database system- TDMS.
f) Qualification informationand evidences (such as work experience certificates,
On-going work list, Payment certificate for construction turnover, equipment list
(own or rented), personnel list etc. of the tenderer as mapped in the e-GP
Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the
tenders digitally within short period of time.
g) If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information
provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
h) The Tenderer must have own Asphalt Plant within 20 KM of RHD Division
Office/PE Office. Otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non[1]responsive. Priority will be given to the tenderer who have own Asphalt Batching Plant.
