প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
he tenderer must follow the following instructions before submitting the
tender.
1.a) Tenderer should have or should have capability of hiring the survey equipments like hand GPS/DGPS/Echo Sounder/ Leveling Machine/Bathymetric Survey Software with Laptop and other auxiliaries river Survey equipment for sounding & Leveling.
b) Process data have to be supplied in the form of hard copy and soft copy and any others requirements that stated in the bill of quantities.
c) Experience of Cross-section Survey ( Bathymetric) work of the Major Rivers like Padma/Brahamputra-Jamuna/Meghna/Mahananda/Gorai-
Madhumoti and such as medium river will be treated as the eligibility of the tenderer/consultant.
d). List of manpower with technical staff.
2.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
3.The tenderer should not submit any certificate multiple time. Submitting certificates multiple time to manipulate AACT calculation will be treated as
fraudulent activity and will be treated non responsive during the evaluation process.
4.The tenderer must provide the summary of all the certificates as per the format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification section for the calculation of AACT . For JV agreement, all the partners must separately provide the summary of all the certificates.
5. The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section.
