প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16,50,00,000 (Sixteen Crore Fifty Lakh) [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 33,00,00,000 (Thirty Three Crore) over the last 05 (Five) years. The Period may be best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (ten) years [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26,00,00,000 (Twenty Six Crore).
The minimum capacity shall be: 25,00,00,000 (Twenty Five Crore).
