b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac only.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac only.
