1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Supply work having minimum value of Tk. 30.00 Lac (Thirty Point Zero Zero lac) only successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 49.99 Lac (Fourty Nine Point Nine Nine lac) over the last 5 (Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 Lac (Thirty Point Zero Zero lac) only.
