প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As mentioned in the Data Sheet of the Tender Document
The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the following documents:
1) Updated trade liscence attested copy
2) Updated TIN certificate attested copy
3) Updated VAT certificate attested copy
4) Specific experience certificate attested copy from competent authority
5) Original liquid asset document scan copy as per PPR format only
6) Expected turnover document copy ( payment certificate or any other prescribed format from competent authority)
7) As per PPR-2008 and TDS (Tenderer Quoted amount more or less than 10% of official estimate will supposed to be 'Non-Responsive' instantly and will not be considered for Evaluation) .
8) Any fake or intentionally misleading document submission will be treated as non-responsive
9) It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be considered non-responsive without acceptable clarifications.
10) As per PPR-2008; under regulation-127 :The Tenderer who is already awarded one or more work order but didn't complete the works within specified time satisfactorily without any valid reason under the same PE will be treated as non-responsive.
