2. The tenderer must enclose an authorization letter from the manufacturer.
3. The tenderer shall have to submit guarantee/warranty certificate of 24 (Twenty four) months from the date of installation of the battery set at site. In the event of any technical/operational problem during the warranty period, the Tenderer shall have to replace/repair those batteries free of cost.
4. Technical brochures/leaflets/catalogues on the offered battery must be submitted.
5. Catalogue/Brochure of the vital equipment proposed for the work.
