প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10(ten) years of general experience in construction works.
2. Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of Supply and Erection of Aluminum/Metal structural Dome in in a single contract worth not less than TK.2900.00 (Two thousand Nine Hundred) Lac in Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (ten) years.
3. The tenderer must submit authorization letter from both the outer and inner dome manufacturer.
4. The Tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction turnover amounting TK. 6000.00 (Six Thousand) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector over the last 05 (five) years.
5. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 4600.00 (Four Thousand Six Hundred) Lac form credit commitment Form PW3A-7 (Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit) shall be used without alteration of standard text.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 4400.00 (Four Thousand Four Hundred) Lac.
7. Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration certificate, Up-to-date ABC category Contractor & Supervisory License issued Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
8. Other inevitable Special terms and conditions in this context mentioned in TDS (25. Contents of Tender) should strictly be followed and would also be included in the core qualifications of Tenderers.
