প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10(ten) years of general experience in construction works (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)
b. Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC building construction work with pile foundation including civil, sanitary and internal electrical works with a value not less than Tk. 8.00 (eight) Crore in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)
c. In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that locality /District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done
d. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 15.00 (fifteen five) Crore over last 5( five) financial years.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3.50 (three point five) Crore
f. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.10.00 (ten) crore
g. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate,Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board
h.The tenderer shall maintain the pro-rata progress of works (in terms of value of the works) as part of his obligation pursuant to GCC clause 42
