* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. Valid Trade License (up to 2022-2023)
3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2022-2023or Up to Date (Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), & VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 3.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form Form PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate & Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5. The minimum Specific experience as supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (01) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Lakh (N.B: Copy of work order & completion certificate must be submitted to support of fulfiling the requiremen). (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
6. The required Average Annual Goods Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
7. Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents.
8. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained .
9. Payment will be as per avility of fund but the whole work must be completed within stipulated time.
10. Rate Analysis Sheet must be submitted
11. Contractor participating in 01 tender notice will be given 03 works each. If he is the lowest bidder in all the tender notices, he will not get more than 03 Nos
