প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of one number of 03(Three) storied Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, in a single contract of minimum value at least Tk.240.00 lakh.
3. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 65.00 Lakh within the period of 28days before the submission of tender(s).
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,00,00000/= ( Three Crore) Total Tk.150000000(Fifteen crore ), over the last 5 (Five) years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
5. Upto date income tax clearance certificate
6. Upto date trade license
7. National ID card
8. Vat registration certificate
9. The contractors who have not completed or started their work/works within schedule stipulated time without any acceptable reason, they will not to be considered in evaluation at this tender notice.
10.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tenderer's Total Quoted Price (After overall arithmetic correction,modification or Discount which
is applicable)
11. Satisfying other criteria stated in the tender documents.
