2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03(THREE) years of overall experience in the repairing and maintenance of building construction works.
3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum One number of repairing and maintenance of building construction works , the contract value must be at least BDT 50,000.00 ( Fifty Thousand) only i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand).
5. If the tender value is less than 7.5% of eastimated cost, then the tender will be non eligible.
