1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [1.3 crore] under [4 (four)] of contract(s) over a period of [7 (seven)] years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [70 lac] over the last [5 (five] years
3. The tenderer must enclose an authorization letter from the manufacturer.
4. The tenderer shall have to submit guarantee/warranty certificate of 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of installation of the battery set at site. In the event of any technical/operational problem during the warranty period, the Tenderer shall have to replace/repair those batteries free of cost.
5. Trade license, VAT , Income Tax & Membership certificates of recognized business organization.
