* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৮৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৮৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 644000.00 (Six Lakh Forty Four Thousand) under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 03 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed withinthe last 03 (Three) each with a value of at least Tk. 644000.00 (Six Lakh Forty Four Thousand) only.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.665000.00 (Six Lakh Sixty Five Thousand) only.
(e) Up to date trade license & Up to date Income Tax Paid Certificate.
(f) Valid VAT registration and TIN registration Certificate.
(g) The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.18500.00 (Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred ) in favour of Principal, Barishal Engineering College, Barishal.
