প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience.
(b) The reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of Building construction with other allied works in a single contract with a value of at least Tk. 250.00 Lakhs in within the last 5 (Five) years.
(c) Available free own or hire equipment(i.e: 10 to 12 ton sheep foot roller with ancillary arrangement) & Manpower will be consider in connection with the bidder's capacity & working strength as well.
(d) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 250.00 Lakhs. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(e) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) must be in the form of PW3-7 of Tk.200.00 Lakhs. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
(f) The tender capacity is Tk 290.00 Lakhs. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(g) The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
