5. Model No., Brand, Name of the Manufacturer, Manufacturing Country & Detail Techical Specification must be mentioned.
6. All Documents, literature, catalogue etc. submitted by the bidder with the technical offer must be in English language.
7. Manual book (Installation, Operation & Maintenance) must be submitted along with supply of the goods.
8. The bidder must be genuine Importers/Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer/Agent/Sub-Agent of the Manufacturer. You must have to submite proper Authorization.
9. Supplier have to provide all neccssary devices and consumables (cable, slot, card etc.) at free of cost for the proper operation off all function (Photocopy & Printing) of the supplied copier form a fixed computer at the time of supplying goods.
10. 01 (One) Year Comprehensive warranty for free servicing and spare parts.
11.Installation, Testing and commissioning of the Photocopier Machine must be done by the bidder
