05. A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works of at leastTk.4.00 lac under o1(Single) of contract(s) over a period of 05 years.
06. The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater than Tk.4.00 lac over the last 05 years.
07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credie facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 lac.
08. According to the cluse 31 (31) of PPA-2006,the tenderer's quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive bidder
